We are highly experienced with a variety of regulatory frameworks including CEQA, SEPA, Cleaner Air Oregon, and NEPA.

Regulatory Experience
AAndebert Wald & Co’s botanists, wildlife and fisheries biologists, wetlands scientists, land managers, and ecologists are recognized as subject experts and problem solvers. We have surveyed and assessed a wide variety of natural communities, including terrestrial and aquatic species, sensitive natural communities, and wetlands.
We have certified arborists, registered professional foresters, and certified wildlife biologists on staff, as well as staff who hold Section 10(a) and scientific collection permits for a number of listed species. Our land managers have developed planning and compliance documents for resource agencies and Native American tribes across all of our regions.

AAndebert Wald & Co has led comprehensive permitting acquisition and compliance strategies for a number of large, complex transportation, water, and energy infrastructure projects in each of our regions. We have also developed environmental compliance programs for tracking and reporting the implementation of permit conditions and monitoring during construction and operations. We have developed mitigation strategies that reduce overall costs and ensure projects are kept on schedule. We employ a number of proprietary tracking and reporting tools and software applications to support our compliance services.
